Integration vs resistance is decided by how you communicate the fear
Every agent rollout has an anxiety phase — people fearing for their roles. Whether the team lands on integration or resistance is almost entirely a function of leadership communication during that phase. Communicate well and people come along; stay silent and they fill the gap with their worst assumptions.

Resistance isn't usually about the technology — it's about unaddressed fear. The leader who names it, addresses it, and is honest about the changes wins integration; the one who goes quiet gets quiet resistance.

ⓘDeterministic demonstration. The conversation is a faithful dramatization of the exercise; the receipt is the artifact it produces — the same every time, because the system is receipted. (Representative of the demo's structure; the production page renders the captured run.) No output here is fabricated. A live "run it yourself" mode is coming.
