A 20-question honesty test before you invest
Before the investment, you need an honest assessment of where your organization stands today. The 20-question diagnostic produces a numeric readiness score from 20 to 100 — each question scored 1 (not at all) to 5 (fully mature). The whole value depends on one discipline: scoring honestly.

Aspirational scores produce aspirational roadmaps — plans that assume a maturity you don't have and fall apart on contact. An honest score produces a roadmap that actually works from where you really are.

What this means for you
An honest 20-question readiness score gives you a roadmap that works from where you really are. What this means for you: you avoid the expensive mistake of building an ambitious plan on a maturity you don't have — the diagnostic forces an honest starting point, so the roadmap fits reality instead of aspiration.
The diagnostic turns an honest self-assessment into a real score:

ⓘDeterministic demonstration. The conversation is a faithful dramatization of the exercise; the receipt is the artifact it produces — the same every time, because the system is receipted. (Representative of the demo's structure; the production page renders the captured run.) No output here is fabricated. A live "run it yourself" mode is coming.
