Shared value splits by alignment — with no one handing out cuts

When independent nodes produce value together, how does it split without re-introducing the central boss federation exists to avoid? By resonance weight: each node's share comes from receipts showing it produced aligned value, gated by thresholds written into the shared rulebook — per-mandate caps, alignment floors, and a depth minimum so superficial alignment doesn't trigger a payout.

Central allocation gets captured over time by whoever best understands the rules. Resonance-weighted sharing has no allocator to capture — there's only a protocol that detects alignment, and the alignment is what it is.

Shared value distributes by resonance weight, gated by thresholds in the rulebook:

The choice between coordination and resonance at the economic layer decides multi-party federation longevity.

For the technical reader — the command, and how to verify it yourself
# one line · you do not need to run this
see walkthrough
./bl-verify
# -> value shared by resonance weight, no allocator
